Crawling is caused by changes in friction resistance. Poor tool installation rigidity For example, the size of the tool bar is too small or extended too long, which will cause the tool bar to flutter. When the lathe tool pad iron is not flat, or the lock nut is not pressed, it will also lead to the vibration of the tool. 5. The cutting force changes greatly During the cutting process, there are some problems such as inclusion and coarse grain in the cutting layer metal. Measures to eliminate machine resonance The static stiffness and dynamic stiffness of CNC machine tools depend on the design and manufacturing process of the machine tool manufacturer, and the natural frequency of an installed machine tool is fixed. In order to prevent the resonance problem in the machine tool processing as far as possible, the cutting parameters of the machining system must be reasonably arranged during the machining process, so that it can effectively avoid the natural frequency of the system without resonance. For example, the unequal milling cutter and unequal distance milling cutter used in the CNC milling process. 2. Measures to solve the "crawling" phenomenon Regular inspection and maintenance of the guide rail, and provide a good lubrication environment to protect the moving surface of the guide rail; The guide rail needs to be repaired or replaced in time after wear to ensure the operation of the machine tool; During the machining process, the tool programming track adopts smooth transition to avoid the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the guide rail and low speed operation. 3. Measures to solve the insufficient rigidity of workpiece and tool In the process of machining, it is necessary to use the auxiliary devices such as center press, center frame and tool holder to improve the rigidity of the slender shaft parts. For thin-walled parts, special working clamps should be used to prevent bending and deformation. When the tool meets the requirements of use, the extension length should be as short as possible; The lathe tool pad iron should be flat, the less the number, the better, and the pad iron should be aligned with the tool holder, and the tool position must be cleaned; At the beginning of processing, test cutting should be carried out to adjust the cutting speed, cutting depth and feed amount. 4. Solve the problem of tool bar flutter during tool installation. Select the appropriate tool bar size and shorten the extension of the tool bar, adjust the process, such as cutting feed speed and spindle speed. And check carefully whether to lock the nut. 5. Measures to solve the change of cutting force It is necessary to use cubic boron nitride blade for processing, and the cutting speed and feed rate are slower at the beginning of the processing, and then faster after the round. For the workpiece with a defective surface, the amount of back cutting should be as large as possible at the beginning, and then it can be reduced appropriately.
